Ingredients
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • White Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • .5 teaspoons salt
  • .5 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 cups milk
Instructions
  1. Combine cheese with the white sauce, and pour over the cooked pasta into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Stir in onion, salt, and pepper (to taste)
